Founder and CEO, Socratyc
I'm Nicole Alos, ICF-PCC, CEC, founder of Socratyc, executive coach, and leadership advisor.
Socratyc has been an Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® Authorized Partner since 2018, earning partner awards up to Diamond. I personally certified Everything DiSC® facilitators through the certification program from 2018 until it ended in 2025.
I built this network because I believe we can help shape the future of our practices together. Each of us brings expertise, experience, and a commitment to the people we serve. There is so much we can build on when we have people to learn from, think alongside, and explore what's next with.
As our clients' and learners' needs change, so do the tools and approaches available to support them. My work brings together executive coaching, leadership development, assessments, and human-first AI technology to help us meet those needs in thoughtful, practical ways, while growing a thriving business.
